We are currently in the process of purchasing a property which has an electrical sub-station adjoining the back garden.
After having our homebuyers survey completed, we thought it would be sensible to have an EMF survey carried out to see whether the sub-station posed any risk or higher than average readings, especially as we have two young children.
We contacted EMF Inspections to undertake the survey and they were very helpful, with great communication and contacting the estate agents on our behalf to arrange a time.
Once the survey was completed they provided us with an in-depth report detailing measurements taken around the home. These came back lower than average and have definitely given us peace of mind before we move into our new home.”
